Dr. Thomas really makes class interesting and fun at the same time. He is clearly a master in his subject and really helps us (class) understand our subject matter more clearly, critically, and to levels that we would not have been able to achieve on our own, and probably with anyone else./ Professor Thomas is a great teacher. He provides a variety of learning material, which is always very interesting. He is a very smart guy. I would recommend this class to anyone. / The teacher is brilliant, most likely the most intelligent teacher I have had. I enjoyed each class because the classes were smart and interesting./ I liked how this teacher exposed us to different types of art and more importantly discussed their significance with us. He is very analytical and encourages us to be the same. He allows us freedom in our writing, which I believe makes me more enthusiastic about the work and the class. I looked forward to the class because he always had something interesting for us. Also, he's very honest./ Professor Thomas was absolutely my favorite professor this semester. Not only was the material presented very interesting, but the way he conducted his lectures was very conductive to the development of our own opinions and abilities to think deeply about the subject matter. He was very open to our responses and critical ideas and deeply encouraged us to think harder and dig deeper into the meaning of what he was presenting./ Robert Thomas possesses a unique ability to incorporate a wide array of philosophical ideologies, political events, and popular culture into a lecture and find media that represents it all in an interesting light.
